Making a Difference

NUTRITION PROGRAM

Through our Nutrition program, we have the potential to make real and positive change. This is one of our key areas of focus here at Arms of Hope Children’s Home. We offer a 6 week program providing plumpy nut daily to malnourished children. Plumpy nut is a vitamin rich peanut butter that can literally pull children out of acute malnutrition. Children are expected to gain anywhere from 5-10 pounds during the 6 week program. Sponsor a child for only $25!

EDUCATION

Our school in the mountains of Sus Blan has approximately 200 students. This school provides a much needed service to those in dire need. We offer a Christ-centered education and offer employment to teachers who have no other means to provide for their families. You may sponsor a teacher for $100 a month.

COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Arms of Hope Children’s Home ensures that local needs and priorities come first. Our Community Outreach program offers a much-desired platform for people who deserve it most. Some of our community outreach efforts include, offering food to local families and offering reading classes in our church in Mirebalais. CHURCHES

We currently support five churches throughout the country of Haiti. We’re involved in youth events, baptisms, leadership seminars, annual conventions, and more!
